How an order travels

    Naa answers Papaye's line, reads today's menu, takes the order — rice or chips, which juice, extra pepper — and finds the right branch.

    The counter

    The order lands on that branch's board in seconds. One tap moves it from new to frying to ready.

    The door

    The customer gets a Mobile Money link by text, and another when it is ready for pickup or on its way.
